At Beldachs Between the Hills we have trained and selectively bred quality Standard Longhaired Dachshunds since 1980 and we take great pride in producing dogs that can participate in many different competitive events. Our breeding program is guided by the official breed standard established by the Dachshund Club of America® and is purposely limited, assuring each puppy receives the nurturing attention it needs and the properly structured start it requires.The puppies we breed are only placed in loving homes with those who are serious about owning a dachshund and about having a life-time companion. Producing sound pet quality puppies is every bit as important to us as producing show prospects. Our puppies are well adjusted and are home raised amidst the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. Our breeding program places foremost importance on sound temperament and correct conformation. Each of our puppies is AKC registered and is sold with a written contract.
